Course menu
1. Today's fresh fish carpaccio
Combine seasonal fish with fruits and vegetables.
2. Italian salad topped with prosciutto
A simple green salad seasoned with local flavors topped with prosciutto for a luxurious look.
3. Red shrimp ajillo with bread
Red shrimp are thoroughly sauteed with the shells removed and then simmered in oil.Not only is the flesh plump, but the oil infused with miso and garlic goes extremely well with bread.
4. Today's Pasta
We use the most delicious ingredients of the season to create pasta dishes with a seasonal feel.Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies.
5. Grilled Angus beef thigh
This beef thigh meat is low in fat and has a strong meaty flavor.Served local style with balsamic sauce.
